45 NE 41 STREET

The end of 2021 ends on a high note for our firm. We are delighted to announce that R&B was the recipient of the 2021 AIA Miami Merit Award of Excellence for 45 NE 41 Street.

The building is situated in the heart of Miami’s Design District. Poised between an architectural trifecta, comprising the De La Cruz Art Museum, the Institute of Contemporary Art and opposite the recently completed Museum Garage.

2021 in review

2021 has been R&B’s best year yet, with projects ranging from food halls to luxury homes, we are looking forward to an exciting 2022. Below is a collection of our favorite projects from this year.

291 Palm Avenue, Miami

291 Palm Avenue is a proposed 3,500sf, two story luxury residence. An existing pre-1942 derelict structure occupies the current property. The site will be divided to create two single family lots and a portion of the existing structure will be preserved and utilized for a future residential project.

717 Edgehill Avenue, Atlanta

717 Edgehill Avenue is a 40,000sf, 8 story, class A office building for one of the world's largest live entertainment companies. Located in Atlanta's West Midtown district, which in recent years has seen an influx of residential, creative office and retail development and become a popular destination amongst Atlantans and tourists looking to explore the city's best restaurants and nightlife options.

Shoma Village, Miami

Shoma Bazaar will host an eclectic range of food from the Americas and Asia. A total of 14 unique food and drink vendors, arranged by geographical region, will create a social and dining experience like no other, where patrons can enjoy the sights, sounds and smells emanating from this fusion of cultures from morning to night.

4510 NE 2nd Ave. Miami

The project will offer small scale retail and dining options positioned around an internalized open air courtyard. Anticipated tenant spaces will range between 500-1,500 square feet. Frontages facing the commercial avenue, NE 1st Avenue, will generally accommodate larger retail tenants, while the tenants fronting the residential street, NE 1st Avenue will be convenience centric, focusing on neighborhood desired services and amenities.

Four Seasons expansion, Palm Beach

The Four Seasons is an agritourism project in Palm Beach, FL that will integrate on-site vertical farming and events within an established resort destination. The vertical farming component will provide access to seasonal fresh produce for hotel restaurants and their guests.

4112 NE 1st. Ave. Miami

This project sits as an intermediary between the burgeoning retail district to the south and the Buena Vista East Historical Neighborhood enclave to the north. This delicate urban condition required an architectural solution that at once served the commercial needs of the developer and the sensitivities of the residential community.
