Overview
Two new F&B concepts have been created by R&B for the recently completed Star Metals office complex in the Upper Westside, Atlanta.
Turqueta, is a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant concept that will absorb 6,000sf of interior space and create a 900sf of outdoor terrace that will activate the lower street level of the building, fronting the Howell Mill corridor.
In the adjacent tenant space, divided by the main building entrance, a new Mexican restaurant and cocktail lounge.
Botanico will lease 4,200 sf of street level space and a 665 sf mezzanine which will provide an exclusive area for private dining and events.
