This dynamic integration of emerging technologies and architecture reflects our commitment to pushing boundaries and celebrating the embedded creative essence of Wynwood.
The development includes 25,000 square feet of premium commercial space, designed to accommodate a diverse range of businesses, including retail outlets, cafes, restaurants, and offices. Rising above the commercial and parking levels are 110 luxurious residential units, encompassing 100,000 square feet. The residential component of the development offers a diverse mix of housing options, including micro apartments and spacious penthouses, meticulously designed to offer unparalleled comfort, style, and panoramic views of the surrounding arts district.
Recognizing the importance of convenient parking in urban environments, the development includes a state-of-the-art 84,000 square feet, three story parking facility.
Within short timeframes, 2328 NMA will evolve and reinvent itself to assimilate to its context. To encourage this temporal augmentation, the building is activated with an automated on-demand graffiti printing system that consistently produces dynamic artworks on 8’x 8’ metal canvases that encapsulate the parking facility.
Through this automated arts platform, residents and commercial tenants have the opportunity to collaborate with renowned graffiti artists or unleash their own creativity by designing personalized graffiti visuals.
