Bounded by Biscayne Boulevard to the east and the vibrant Design District to the west, the semi-circular site demanded an inventive architectural response to maximize its unique position.
A sweeping, 20-story form was conceived to embrace panoramic bay views to the east and the urban vibrancy of the District to the west. Arriving guests enter through an exclusive drop-off plaza into a luminous, double-height lobby clad in rich natural materials. A state-of-the-art automated parking system — a necessity given the site's geometry — discreetly navigates vehicles to a subterranean robotic garage.
The podium hosts ground-floor retail and second-floor offices, activating the urban streetscape and seamlessly extending the lifestyle and energy of the Design District.
Above, a lushly landscaped amenity deck offers a south-facing resort-style pool, spa, and fitness center, appearing as a verdant extension of Biscayne’s green corridor.
The tower’s slender profile is veiled in an intricate assemblage of bronze GFRC panels, a design inspired by the precision and craftsmanship of horology — specifically, the mechanical beauty of luxury watch bracelets. These elegant bronze columns morph into inverted archways, creating a dynamic, kinetic facade that warps light throughout the day and offers passive solar protection.
Each residential floor comprises five luxurious residences, each carefully designed to optimize sweeping views. Expansive wraparound terraces blur the boundaries between interior and exterior living, offering functional outdoor rooms — true verandas in the sky — that capture cool bay breezes and celebrate Miami’s exceptional climate and culture of outdoor living.
