Highland Park
Overview
Highland Park Miami aims to redefine leisure and wellness in the heart of the city. Miami’s unprecedented growth has transcended that of many major global destinations, creating an ever-increasing demand for robust infrastructure, particularly in the healthcare sector.
In response to this momentum, Miami-based national commercial real estate investment firm Black Salmon and The Allen Morris Company, two of the Southeast’s largest and most diversified real estate firms, have unveiled Highland Park Miami, a transformative $1 billion mixed-use development spanning seven acres, strategically designed to expand the Miami Medical District’s footprint.
An interim activation project, conceived as a vibrant sports, leisure, and lifestyle destination, will activate
the assemblage of vacant parcels in the short term while the proposed mixed-use project continues to be refined.
The project will be located at 800 NW 14th Street, between the booming Miami River district and the key east-west transit artery Florida State Road 836, providing convenient connectivity to Miami International Airport and major destinations in the City’s downtown core.
The interim activation will offer a unique mix of public green spaces, music venues, boutique markets, bars, and an eclectic selection of food and beverage options. The master plan envisions a dynamic urban catalyst where recreation, culture and community intersect in preparation for this district’s future growth.
